     3  '''OSCAR''' is programmed in Delphi and uses a delphi component also written by me called 'OSDb Delphi class' that can be used by other Delphi developers to create their own OSDb client applications.

     7  A few functions might be missing because the development always starts at the server side, followed by implementation in XML-RPC API and only then the functions are implemented on the client side (Delphi class).
