  '''OSCAR''' is programmed in Delphi and uses a delphi component also written by me called 'OSDb Delphi class' that can be used by other Delphi developers to create their own OSDb client applications.

  This component offers all the functions described in the [os:wiki:XMLRPC OSDb XML-RPC API].

  A few functions might be missing because the development always starts at the server side, followed by implementation in XML-RPC API and only then the functions are implemented on the client side (Delphi class).

  This class will be released as open-source here as soon as I get it finished, cleaned-up and polished.

  the first draft has been removed now, testing continues to get ready for the next draft with more functionality and cleaner distribution.
